Phillips Civil Engineering::Portfolio

The 1st Baptist Church of Middleburg needed an educational facility that would reflect the church's traditional presence while providing ample space for classrooms. Located behind the main sanctuary, Phillips Civil Engineering provided the civil engineering for the construction of a multi-story classroom building. The complex faces Parsonage Street in downtown Middleburg where special attention was given to provide for adequate access while preserving the natural look of the city's tree-lined street.
