Town Center Medical is located in the Town Center at Palm Coast off State Road 100 approximately a half mile west of Interstate 95 in Flagler County. The first phase of the new concept medical office park included the construction of a 82,000 SF medical specialist building adjacent to the new Flagler Hospital.

Serving one of the nation's fastest growing areas, the Town Center was conceived to be a one-stop-shop of medical services for Palm Coast residents. Phillips Civil Engineering provided permitting and civil engineering plans for storm water management, subsurface utilities and sewage management. The landscaping included designs for the main entrances, sidewalks and acres of parking.

The second phase for Town Center Medical at Palm Coast will require additional civil site analysis and re-platting for Lot 21. Reflecting the details of the existing structures will be a pedestrian-oriented retail and restaurant environment with an additional concentration of medical practices. The completed project will include an additional 80,000 SF of available space similar to Jacksonville's popular St. Johns Town Center.
